Gilded

Oh. My. Gold leaf is such an incredible thing. Why have I never tried this before? Impossibly thin metal that magically goes only where you tell it to go . . . amazing! Thank goodness it's bedtime or half the studio would be gilded by now.

    Wow, I didn't know you had gold leaf up your sleeve! I always enjoy "bird and flower paintings." These two are rather melancholy, with a hint of decay. Love them!
